The birth, of the Song of the Rainforest, began one morning when I was awakened hearing the melody of the Pachelbel Canon in my head. I did not understand why I was hearing it until I began to realize I was also hearing the words as it played. It began as two separate pieces called the The Rosewood Chant and Godlove.
Once I became comfortable with it, one night, three choirs of angels sang the complete piece putting all the parts together so I could understand how it all fit together. It is a wondrous, humbling piece. A gift from the unseen world, a gift from all kingdoms for all humanity to sing together to bring the world together once again and the story begins anew.
Once I understood the composition the two pieces became one and it
became known as The Song of the Rainforest, Pachelbel's Dream.
The song has three singing parts, three sets of words, dovetailing back and forth inviting, calling forth to all to join in the dance of life.
I will premiere The Song of ther Rainforest in the not too distant future.
My desire would be to present it by satellite with choirs participating from all over the world.
